Bonnie Schneider appears as a meteorologist on CNN, HLN and other platforms. Her television show The Last House Remaining on DIY NETWORK premiered on March 30, 2012. The show also has her as on camera meteorologist, and co-executive director. The debut novel by Bonnie, EXTREME WEEKEND was published by Palgrave Macmillan in January 2012. Her website promoting her multi-city book tour beginning Feburary 1, 2012 in Boston, media appearances and video chat is BonnieWeather.com [[1]] In August, 2011 during coverage of Hurricane Irene, Schneider's book was featured on HLN's popular prime time show, Special Report with Vinnie Politan Prior her work on CNN that began in the summer of 2005, Schneider has also been the Weekend Meteorologist/Special Assignment Reporter for "The Ten O'Clock News" on WLVI-TV WB56 in Boston. She also reported on entertainment, lifestyle and other issues as a Special Assignment Reporter on a daily basis while in Boston. Before joining WB56, she was the weekend meteorologist for WFOR-TV located in Miami. There were a variety of meteorology, reporting as well as television jobs. These include: News 12 Long Island - the 24 hour news channel on cable TV network - as well as WXII-TV - which is an NBC affiliate based in Winston-Salem. When she was in New York City, she served as a weatherman fill-in for The Saturday Early Show for CBS.
